Booking is mandatory also for visitors who are entitled to a free ticket.

• If you need to buy both a free ticket and a full fare ticket: online or call center
• If you only need to buy a free ticket: FILL OUT THE FORM
• For a group visit: please write to the School and Group office cenacologratuita@adartem.art

• You will be asked to show documentation proving your right to a free ticket at the ticket office before your ticket is issued
• If you have booked a free ticket without having the right to get one, you will be asked to pay a regular ticket to access the Museum
• You have to get to the ticket office 30 minutes before the time of your visit, otherwise you will risk losing the right to access the Museum
• You have to show your ID to get your ticket and access the Museum
